Classic designs are a hallmark in the world. Mature, but always relevant, they are elegantly simple and endure across generations. Our original river reed and bamboo designs were based on patterns that were first created hundreds of years ago, and can be found today in our HandWoven Classics Collection. At our weaving facilities, the loom masters use techniques that have withstood the test of time to hand weave natural fibers into luxurious window coverings. Later, craftsmen in our Northwest finishing facility custom make each piece to the designers' precise specifications. Inspired by cultures and people of the world, this collection is a product of extensive travels and tireless efforts to create and reinvent the finest natural window coverings available. It's with thoughtful consideration for where our natural fibers are harvested and the places we call home that we've found ways to minimize our impact throughout the process. Featuring bamboo, river reed and jute, our HandWoven Classic Collection honors the very first natural materials that were handwoven into window coverings.
